(Last updated Dec 3rd, 2024)
The Express Program: With $15,000 per year. It provides employees with fast, simple access to grant-funded training to help businesses and organizations* in Massachusetts respond to emerging needs (Restrictions apply). Attached we are sending you a list of curses that we have already approved, however, it is important to note that we can customize topics and curriculum to your unique needs AND that the approval process is very fast, with no more than 2-3 days turn around.
The General Program: Allows up to $125,000 every two years (with a gap year in between grants). The General Program offers businesses the opportunity to put together a customized training program using training already registered and approved providers like us at Culture Redesigned, with a wide range of training topics to meet a business’s needs.
For Non-profit organizations: Organizations that use the "contributory method" to finance Unemployment Insurance versus the "reimbursable" method are eligible to apply to these grants, because of their contribution to the workforce development training fund.
