General Info
There is no cost to participate in Taste of Tri-County. Simply prepare to serve samples of your signature dish(es) to approximately 200 attendees.
Set up begins at 4:00 pm and all participants are asked to remain through to the end of the event at 7:30pm.
You will be provided with a 6’ table, typical arrangement is 6ft table at front of your space. You may bring additional tables to prepare/serve from but you must stay within the allotted space - no exceptions, please.
Please provide your food permit from the town your business is located, email toSherri.
You will need to provide utensils and plating to serve about 200 attendees. There is no cooking on site, so please be prepared to keep your food warm/cold per food safety guidelines.
We encourage you to bring table covers/decorations, marketing materials to promote your restaurant and/or special discounts or offerings to encourage after event traffic to your business.
Your participation will be included in all event communication, on our webpage, and social media.
