Don't have enough staff to attend the event?
Don't worry... we will have volunteers available to serve on your behalf!
General Info
- There is no cost to participate in Taste of Tri-County. Simply prepare to serve samples of your signature dish(es) to approximately 200 attendees.
- Set up begins at 4:00 pm and all participants are asked to remain through to the end of the event at 7:30pm.
- You will be provided with a 6’ table, typical arrangement is 6ft table at front of your space. You may bring additional tables to prepare/serve from but you must stay within the allotted space - no exceptions, please.
- Please provide your food permit from the town your business is located, email to Sherri.
- You will need to provide utensils and plating to serve about 200 attendees. There is no cooking on site, so please be prepared to keep your food warm/cold per food safety guidelines.
- We encourage you to bring table covers/decorations, marketing materials to promote your restaurant and/or special discounts or offerings to encourage after event traffic to your business.
- Your participation will be included in all event communication, on our webpage, and social media.
